G驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率標(biāo)定使用準(zhǔn)則
以下準(zhǔn)則闡明了確保G驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)用于交流發(fā)電機(jī)組的正確使用規(guī)范。G驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)并不是為 變速的直流發(fā)電機(jī)組而設(shè)計(jì)的,也不是作為直流發(fā)電機(jī)組的動(dòng)力來(lái)使用。
一、備用功率標(biāo)定 是在市電出現(xiàn)異常時(shí)作 為應(yīng)急電源使用時(shí)的瞬時(shí)最大功率。 該標(biāo)定無(wú)超負(fù)荷能力。且不能與市電 并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行。
此標(biāo)定的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)安裝
在有效電網(wǎng)覆蓋區(qū)域內(nèi)
。備用功率標(biāo)定的發(fā)動(dòng) 機(jī)按平均負(fù)荷率為80% 來(lái)使用,一年不超過 200小時(shí)。在備用功率 點(diǎn)使用時(shí)每年不超過25 小時(shí)。備用功率標(biāo)定的 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)只能在斷電時(shí)作 為應(yīng)急電源使用。電網(wǎng) 預(yù)先通知的斷電不屬于 應(yīng)急電源使用范疇。
持續(xù)功率標(biāo)定
可以恒定按100%標(biāo)定負(fù)荷、無(wú)時(shí)限 連續(xù)使用的功率。按此標(biāo)定的發(fā)動(dòng) 機(jī)無(wú)超負(fù)荷能力。
二、常用功率標(biāo)定是可以替代商業(yè)電網(wǎng)電 力來(lái)使用的功率。常用功率必須按下 列兩種類型之一來(lái)使用。
無(wú)時(shí)限運(yùn)行常用功率
按常用功率標(biāo)定的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),可有效 地變負(fù)荷無(wú)時(shí)限使用。在每250小 時(shí)的運(yùn)行周期內(nèi),可變負(fù)荷的均值
不能超過所標(biāo)定常用功率的70%。
一年內(nèi),100%常用功率的整個(gè)運(yùn) 行時(shí)間不超過500小時(shí)。
在12小時(shí)運(yùn)行周期內(nèi),有1小時(shí)有 效超負(fù)荷10%的能力。在一年內(nèi), 超負(fù)荷10%運(yùn)行的整個(gè)時(shí)間不超過
25小時(shí)
限時(shí)運(yùn)行常用功率
按常用功率標(biāo)定的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),可以無(wú) 時(shí)限運(yùn)行于不變負(fù)荷用途。諸如使 用功率低而輸出功率受限的場(chǎng)合。 在功率決不會(huì)超過常用功率標(biāo)定的 前提下,每年內(nèi)可與市電并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行 750小時(shí)。但長(zhǎng)期高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行將縮 短發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壽命。一年內(nèi)并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行超 過750小時(shí)時(shí),請(qǐng)按持續(xù)功率標(biāo)定 運(yùn)行。
參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn): 以ISO-3046為基礎(chǔ)的BS-5514和DIN-6271標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
環(huán)境溫度和海拔變化后的修正: 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)可以在下面的條件下運(yùn)行,而功率不必進(jìn)行調(diào)整:
轉(zhuǎn)速為1800r/min的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),海拔高度低于1500m (5000ft),環(huán)境溫度低于40 ℃(104°F)。
轉(zhuǎn)速為1500r/min的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),海拔高度低于1000m (3300ft),環(huán)境溫度低于40 ℃(104°F)。
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)超出上述條件運(yùn)行,海拔高度高于1525m (5000ft)時(shí),每升高300m (1000ft),功率下調(diào)4%;環(huán)境溫度高于40℃(104°F)時(shí),每升高11℃,功率下調(diào)2%
(升高10°F,下調(diào)1%)。

STANDBY POWER RATING is appliable for supplying emergency power for the duration of the utility power outage. No overload capability is available for this rating. Under no condition is an engine allowed to operate in parallel with the public utility at the
standby Power rating. This rating should
be applied where reliable utility power is available. A standby rated engine should be sized for a maximum of an 80% average load factor and 200 hours of operation per year. This includes less than 25 hours per year at the Standby Power rating. Standby ratings should never be applied except in true emergency power outages.
CONTINUOUS POWER RATING
Applicable for supplying utility power at a constant 100% load for an unlimited number of hours per year. No overload capability is available for this
PRIME POWER RATING is applicable for supplying electric power in lieu of commercially purchased power. Prime Power applications must be in the form of one of the following two
UNLIMITED TIME RUNNING PRIME
Prime Power is available for an unli- mited number of hours per year in a variable load application. Variable load shouled not exceed a 70% average of period of 250 hours.
The total operating time at 100% Prime Power shall not exceed 500 hours per year.
A 10% overload capablility is available for aperiod of 1 hour within a 12 hour period of operation. Total operating time
LIMITED TIME RUNNING PRIME
Prime Power is available for a limited number of hours in a non-variable load application. It is intended for use in situations where power outages are contracted, such as in utility power curtailment. Engines may be operated in parallel to the public utility up to 750 hours per year at power levels never to exceed the Prime Power rating. The customer should be aware, however, theat the life of any engine will be reduced by this constant high load operation. Any operation exceeding 750 hours

Operation At Elevated Temperatrue And Altitude:
The engine may be operated at:
1800RPM up to 5,000 ft.(1500m) and 104°F (40℃) without power
deration.
1500RPM up to 3,300 ft.(1000m) and 104°F (40℃) without power
deration.
For sustained operation above these conditions, derate by 4% per 1,000ft. (300m), and 1% per 10°F (2% per 11℃).
以上所有的數(shù)據(jù)均是基于柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組帶燃油泵、水泵、機(jī)油泵、空濾器和消聲器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)獲得的,但不帶有充電機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、風(fēng)扇、選用設(shè)備和驅(qū)動(dòng)件。
以上所有的數(shù)據(jù)都是基于ISO 3046標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考的條件—海拔110m(361ft),大氣壓力100kPa(29.53inHg),進(jìn)氣溫度25℃ (77°F),相對(duì)濕度30%,使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)No.2號(hào)柴油或符合ASTM D975的柴油。
